As we previously reported , the third season of True Blood will have three villains in it compared to season 2 and the wacky Maryann. While Alan Ball has already cast the first two male villains, the role of Debbie Pelt – the psycho ex of werewolf Alcide Herveaux – was still open. Well not anymore, as Brit Morgan has been cast in the r0le.

In other True Blood-related news, TV Guide Magazine's Will Keck is reporting that an upcoming storyline will involve an Eric flashback to the year 900 A.D.  

Emily Rose ("ER") has been tapped for the lead role in the upcoming drama, about a female FBI agent "who investigates a murder in the small town of Haven, Maine and finds herself caught up in a web of supernatural activity among its citizens." She'll play said woman, Audrey Parker, in the project, which is based on Stephen King's novella "The Colorado Kid." Sam Ernst and Jim Dunn penned the pilot, which is executive produced by Scott Shepherd, Lloyd Segan, Shawn Piller and E1 Entertainment's John Morayniss  

Brit Morgan is best known for her role as Lacey Thornfield on the ABC Family short-lived drama, The Middleman .  

The last major new role on the upcoming third season of HBO's "True Blood" has been filled. After an long search, Brit Morgan of ABC Family's "The Middleman" has landed the part of Debbie Pelt on Alan Ball's vampire drama. Debbie is Alcide's (Joe Mangiello) ex-girlfriend who doesn't like Sookie (Anna Paquin) much.
